CX/UX Researcher 100% (m/f)

In this role, you:

Combine business sense to deliver products and services with human-centred digital design
Research, ideate, prototype & test: support (project) teams to jointly understand user needs
Apply design thinking methodologies and use design/wireframing software to execute and test
Translate business and user needs into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging
Identify and optimize experience drivers: isolate the most impactful levers across the customer journey, quantify them and recommend actions for a new experience jointly with the product owners
Bring data to life through maps, dashboards, and infographics
Consult the business and tackle problems: think creatively with a strong business understanding and a consulting mindset to align the PO needs with user and business requirements to design for success
Actively develop our digital products and grow our capability: actively engage our partners to grow through impactful projects

Your profile

You:

Have deep subject matter expertise in UX
Enjoy making your colleagues lives better by creating great designs that meet employee and business needs
Live and breathe radical collaboration. You’re at ease to bring together people from different teams, backgrounds, expertise, and seniority levels to jointly create value
Are comfortable in agile working environments and are confident in shaping project approaches including selected design thinking methodologies
Are a great communicator, strong in visualisation and storytelling
Are proficient in at least one wireframing / prototyping application (e.g. Sketch or Figma)
Have in-depth knowledge of user research and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing)
Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
